About CrossFit Cafe
At CrossFit Cafe, certified coaches, Jeff, Claudia, and their team lead groups of exercisers as they squat, sprint, and lift their way to better health. A different Workout of the Day is at the ready with every visit, complete with a fresh batch of functional exercises. The gym takes an all-inclusive approach to fitness, believing that every exercise can be scaled to suit individuals of any fitness level—and that every student has the capacity to improve. They also utilize HIIT (high-intensity interval training), a cardiovascular session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of cardio and to get the most out of a workout.
