Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today's deal: for $45, you get four weeks of boot camp at either CrossFit Providence or CrossFit Newport (a $110 value). During your four-week session, you will be able to attend three classes a week, each meeting for 45 minutes. The three Crossfit Providence and four Crossfit Newport locations are listed to the right. All 12 classes must be redeemed within four weeks of taking the first class.
Feeding off of the positive energy of other boot campers and experienced instructors, you'll be encouraged to power through each 45-minute session of intense cardio, kettlebell, and resistance training like a pro. CrossFit's any-skill-level workouts burn fat, increase flexibility and strength, and build confidence, pushing bodies to the edge of Fitness Mountain. During the course of the four-week session, you should expect to run, walk, workout with partners, complete targeted drills and resistance-training exercises, and more, all with a willingness to work hard. After completing 12 classes of CrossFit boot camp and collecting a small sweat sample in a jar as proof of exertion, students are eligible to register for the more intensive CrossFit Main class.
Boot-camp classes meet for 45 minutes each, starting at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 5:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. With convenient sessions in the morning and early evening, CrossFit makes it easy for you to squeeze in a workout before heading to the office or after heading away from the office.
