Your Elements Program starts with a 1-1 Strategy Session appointment. We want to build a unique game plan for you to achieve your goals.
2) Connect you with the team: Performance of Denver for more in-depth clinical evaluation and begin prehab/rehab plan.
3) Next we will take you through 4-6 private training sessions strategically designed to equip you with the foundation needed to start CrossFit and/or Weightlifting training.
4) You integrate into group training sessions. We will walk with you every step of the way.
5) You complete the first month with a 1-1 meeting to determine best strategy to achieve personal fitness goals.

This program is designed to build a solid foundation to build upon for a successful experience at South Denver. We believe a combination of private/semi-private training, and group training is a good environment to get you the health, fitness, and performance results you desire. The private sessions allow us to guide/coach you step by step in the fundamentals of the programs, systems, and movements found in our group training environments. Participating in the group sessions allows you to meet people and begin building the community you will need to both challenge and support you to long lasting results.
