Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
The backbone of CrossFit TurnPoint is our community, which inspires members to come in and sweat together despite how tired they are feeling or how hard the workout appears to be. Our members support one another through every workout by encouraging each other to fight for another rep or a heavier weight.

What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
Most beginners who walk in our doors are often intimidated by the heavy weights and the unfamiliar workout movements; however, in just a few weeks those beginners are now the ones cheering on and encouraging the first time visitor. There is a change in both their physical body and their self-esteem. Within a few weeks they are lifting heavier weights, running faster, and doing these things with confidence in themselves and their ability.

Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
We offer shower facilities so that clients can wash up after a workout, if they need to.
