For 15 years our family has supported Ventura with expert service. Its what we do! We are professionals in all our work and as by our reviews, we consistently exceed our customers expectations. It is our way to make customers feel as though they have all possible knowledge they can before a sale.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Cycling is not just a business. To us at Cycle Dynamics, its a way of life. Not on the pros for pros way, we have plenty of that, but also for people. All persons that want to know what cycling is really is about, aside from what can seem huge price tags. We are real people, helping real cyclists.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to watch customers as they progress from what they thought they could do, to beyond their own goals and becoming a regular.. To watch them go from, " just want to b able to ride laps around the park. to I just finished my first supported ride at 60mi. 100mi is next!"

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That we are such a rare find. Still really offering "ol fashioned customer service" we aren't our size because we aren't successful, we are this size because we can ensure that we stay true to us and fair to our customers. We need to pay our bills like everyone else. We earn every bit of it.
