I offer Reflexology and Reiki in a professional and supportive environment helping clients to heal both body and mind. Optimal wellness is promoted so clients can receive the maximum effects of both Reiki and Reflexology.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A busy corporate job combined with working out and the everyday stresses of life started me on my own holistic health journey. I found ways to support my own wellness while managing stress and decided to share these services with others.

What do you love most about your job?
I believe that helping others maintain optimal wellness through Reflexology and Reiki transforms lives and inspires change. Working with mind, body, and spirit invites clients to be advocates for their own wellness journey. Seeing and hearing clients relax and refresh is an honor.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Clients range from busy corporate executives to bodybuilders. After one session. a bodybuilder shared that he was able to squat deeper and heavier. Many clients share that they can think more clearly for a few days after sessions.
