Nice facility with lots of challenges. The staff was friendly, but not the most observant to safety. They made sure the rules were stated, but not much on enforcing them. I would not take younger children without climbing experience. If the parent already knows how to climb, great. But staff does not circulate around enough to make sure people know what they are doing and adhere to the rules. Some posters reminding people of safety steps and caution might help. Stating things more than once -especially in a group setting, with children, and/ or people who are new would be helpful. For an inexperienced climber, it is a lot to absorb. Signs, pictures, and verbal reminders from staff would help with safety. Some people come who are experienced but may have remembered wrong or been taught incorrectly from another gym, would also benefit from signage ques and posters that remind them of correct form and safety. I would like to see this business grow, maybe they will take to heart this review and make changes to ensure safety. I may return again, but my children are teenagers.i would not take younger children with the set up they have now.

Excellent place for my kids to climb. Only four starts because I’ve tried to get certified twice to belay and haven’t been able to.
