Our professional sports-performance coaches keep it fun, fresh, and intense while ensuring progression and safety in all of our classes and programs so that our clients are continually challenged to be their best whether they are preparing for an upcoming season or just want to look and feel better.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Elite Athlete Training Services was founded in 1995 to provide the highest level of sports-performance training to the area’s athlete population. Since then we have helped thousands of athletes maximize their athletic potential and improved the fitness and quality of life for our adult clients.

What do you love most about your job?
We love nothing more than sharing in the success of our clients. It’s so rewarding to watch one of our athletes make the game-winning play. It feels great sending them off to play at the college level on a scholarship, and it’s life changing to help one of our adult athletes look and feel better!
