I went on the website and signed up for a class and then they looked up the groupon when I got there and applied it. The workout was so very different from other fitness classes I have attended. We went from one exercise station to another doing different exercises. Clint, the instructor and owner, was very helpful and motivational. The atmosphere was great and I felt I definitely tried and accomplished much more than I would in a regular class. The facility is basic but the workout is awesome. They stay on top of the latest in ftness equipment, along with all the standard equipment and switch up the exercises so that you wouldn't be bored. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I am glad I gave this facility a try.

Clint and Dorothy were very welcoming to me, Clint took the time to explain the exercises and watch my form and give me a detailed nutritional guide. It was a great experience, 6 am workout seems early but it is great to get it done before the day starts! Looking forward to more.
