Helping You Manage Pain and Rebuild Function with Compassionate Care for Chronic Health Issues.

Struggling with chronic pain can be tough, but there's hope! Imagine having a personalized plan that not only addresses your physical discomfort but also considers your emotional well-being. That's exactly what this service offers—a holistic approach that combines different therapies tailored to your specific needs. Whether it's trauma recovery or ongoing therapy, each session is customized to help you get back on track.

What We Offer

  • Initial Consultation Session: Start your journey towards managing chronic pain with a thorough personal health history assessment.

Just like any rehabilitation clinic, you will complete a thorough personal health history, consult with Sarah Trueb, CMT, and then once you are accepted into our program, you will schedule and prepay for all your future ongoing therapy sessions. The program is valued at a clear, upfront cost of $1,139—no surprises.

Unlike many therapy models, we do not charge by the hour after each session. We strongly believe this takes time away from you and brings in the negative cookie-cutter model therapy, too.

Instead, our program offers up to 14 visits per year—whether you need sessions once a week, twice a week, every two weeks,/or once a month. Each visit is customized to your pain tolerance and needs, lasting anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes, because our focus is strongly result-based, not the clock.

If you are not seeing progressive results, and those results are not consistently lasting after 6–8 visits, we offer a money-back guarantee plus referrals.

Service Area: Valid only within 20 miles of Downtown Elizabethtown (Zipcode 42701)
