What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love helping athletes of all walks of life realize that fitness is not exclusive or illusive! I use to be very over-weight and I know what it is like to live with this pressure

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my athletes get results and accomplishing not only the larger or long-term goals, but also the smaller victories it takes to conquer the largest of mountains!
