Took some kickboxing fitness classes and loved them. Jim is an amazing instructor and always very responsive and helpful.

The owner Jim is incredibly rude, condescending & dismissive. Emphasis on all three. I stood after to talk to him about how his mannerisms & facial expressions come off to me as I’m asking him questions , and he responded with things like “oh I’ll try to be more vanilla and I don’t wanna be a drill sergeant”, going to the complete other extremes .There are far more emotionally intelligent trainers
