This was our first experience at an escape room and it was a lot of fun! We took a group of teenage boys for a birthday party and they all enjoyed it!

I bought the Groupon for Japanese Thriller but due to Covid Restrictions we were unable to go. The voucher says redeemed yet we’ve never even driven into the parking lot! When I called to inquire, the girl who answered acted like she had never heard of Groupon and couldn’t be of assistance whatsoever. I left my name and number for the manager to call me back. Never heard from anyone.

We couldn’t figure out some of the puzzles because parts were missing or broken and the girl working acted like this is no big deal. I was not happy about it.

Communication with location was not responsive. They understood we needed to reschedule due to the pandemic, but when tried to re-book no response. Wasted over $100 for nothing. Literally nothing. Voucher redeemed on their site so nothing can be done. It seems they have possibly closed but super frustrating for money down the drain.

I never went, they was shut down. I called several times to get a refund or to extend the tickets, It was unsuccessful. I went back in and it’s saying I redeemed the tickets. My family never used them
