Studio overlooks the ocean, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, and the instructors are encouraging and helpful. I used up the groupon really quickly and signed up for more! For me, it is a bit of a drive; I jot down a few thoughts and insights to consider on my way home. One of my favorite experiences was when Evelyn left the lights off as the sun was setting and the room took on a beautiful glow. I have found that going regularly keeps me energized and focused on healthier habits. There are multiple types of classes offered, I have only tried the 90 minute Bikhram, but I have heard good things about the other classes. There is no need to be super concerned about your experience level, they will guide you!
