BREATHLESS! Totally recommend this gym for your health and fitness needs. The workouts kick butt. My sanctuary. By far the best gym in OC. Very welcoming, friendly clean environment. Excellent music. The equipment set up, the timed workouts perfectly organized. Great for beginners or experienced. No pressure, no annoying camera in your face. Workout in peace. Judge free zone. Snack fridge filled with delicious healthy protein, water for purchase. Free hair scrunchies. Towels, cute T-shirts also available to purchase. Clean Showers & restrooms. Plenty of parking.
Definitely see myself with abs this summer (maybe lol).

This place seems popular. It didn’t work for me in part because of the deafening noise coming through the amplifiers, which the staff claim they cannot adjust. I say “noise,” because it’s mostly counting off reps at a rate that NOBODY can even come close to following. It might as well be really loud gibberish.
