Within a giant, warehouse-like space, obstacles of various shapes and sizes are supported by metal bars and wooden beams. Suddenly, the room is flooded with bodies that catapult themselves from surface to surface, practicing the efficient moves of parkour or the creative expression of free-running. In martial-arts classes, instructors demonstrate parkour & freerunning, Krav Maga, swords, and few other related classes such as weight lifting, flips classes, obstacle courses, and flow classes.
