CrossFit West Jordan

Even if you switch between running forwards and backwards, treadmill workouts can get monotonous. Luckily, that isn't the case with CrossFit West Jordan’s workouts, which, in keeping with the CrossFit tradition, change daily. During one session, someone might swing a sledgehammer through the air; during another, they might flip a tire end over end, then take a rewarding nap inside of it.
