Constantly varied workouts mean the clients never get into a routine or become bored. Progressive exercises challenge the body to adapt and get stronger. At Fit4T5 every day is a new challenge. Every one gets a full-body workout at the pace that suits them.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Realizing that not everyone enjoyed the large group bootcamp style of training but couldn't always afford a personal trainer for private sessions, small group and semi-private training sessions is the perfect answer to get the close attention of a private session at an affordable cost.
What do you love most about your job?
Without doubt the greatest part of my job is seeing clients reach their individual fitness goals. I love meeting new people and seeing them progress with each session. Watching a sedentary person begin their fitness journey and to be part of that is extremely fulfilling and rewarding.
