What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Everyone is different, and everyone wants to feel like they belong. Embracing this fact, we’ve intentionally designed our small-group sessions to allow you to train and connect with others, and still give us the ability to address your individual needs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We teach people how to make exercise a habit by giving them inspiration, keeping them focused on their goals, and paying attention to what they need.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A desire to move more, share more, and create a stronger community. We wanted to use our combined skills, knowledge, and experience to serve others and have fun in the process.

What do you love most about your job?
Getting to meet and work with amazing people and help them with exciting projects in their own lives is so meaningful and rewarding. Our environment is so beautiful, open, and welcoming; it just feels good.
