We are the gym where "You can afford to get fit". We have a great connection with our community and the families that make our city great. We help our members reach their full potential in their fitness goals and have some of the best Group-X classes around.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Having our clients achieve results is the number one factor to keep them motivated. We have a great InBody tracking program and some of the most innovative workout programs available.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our goal is to have an affordable fitness facility where friends and families can come together to achieve their fitness goals and to make fitness fun.

What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about Fitness 19 is our community. We see how inspirational our members are and how we have all become one big family. When one of our members reach their goals or a milestone, the whole community wins.
