What You'll Get
The most secretive body parts are muscles, which hide behind layers of skin and appear only occasionally to help lift cars off trapped kittens. Flex your biceps candidly with today's Groupon: for $29, you get one month of full facility access (a $95 value), a personal assessment with a trainer (an $80 value), and a punch card valid for five fitness classes (a $75 value) at Fitness NW/Only Women's Fitness (a $250 total value).
With an extensive selection of classes and modern-marvel machines in its coed and women-only gyms, Fitness NW/Only Women's Fitness satisfies almost any fitness fiat. Physical missions are kick-started with a one-month pass to the facilities, including an hour with a certified trainer who not only guides athletic aspirants in hunting down stubborn fat deposits but provides one-on-one assistance with rehab, positive thinking, aerobic ottoman reupholstering, and other fitness goals. A five-class fitness card provides sweat generators access to a cornucopia of drop-in classes with Only Women's Fitness, including cardio, cycling, boot camp, and Zumba. Independent souls who prefer to strike out on their own, meanwhile, can sample free weights, circuit-training stations, treadmills, and a slew of sexiness-sculpting machines. Kick back with additional amenities, including a sauna, juice bar, and child-care services for members whose progeny have grown too large or ornery to be bench-pressed.

About Fitness NW/Only Women's Fitness
Though one facility is co-ed and the other limited to women, Fitness NW and Only Women's Fitness share a building and a mission: comfort. Both clubs strive to be a judgment-free space, with a staff that swaps intimidation tactics for friendliness and expertise. Guests can experience their knowledge firsthand in group classes, such as yoga, kickboxing, boot-camp, and Zumba. They can also schedule a private session with a degreed trainer to help them focus on their goals, whether they hope to lose weight or bulk up muscle.
On the gym floor, treadmills, steppers, and cycles whir while other guests heft and stack free weights. Members have access to all of the equipment as well as other amenities, from the juice bar to childcare services. Massage therapists dispel muscle soreness, and a sauna allows guests to bask in post-workout warmth without arranging their ellipticals around a bonfire.
