Flower Flour is a quaint French style patisserie in Willow Glen. Flower Flour serves a small cafe style lunch. Eat inside, outside or take out is available. Cakes, cookies, and desserts (some are single servings per guest along with sliced cakes of the day) are thier specialty along with special order cakes for weddings, birthdays etc. .

A waste of your money and time. We got there Mom and burnt cake and the cream tasted rotten like sour milk. The cookies tasted old and crumbled to the point where you could not even pick it up. My apple turnover tasted Frozen was too hard. Will never come back here.
