Fluid Power Fitness owner and instructor Cathleen Deutscher has plenty of experience with the way dance shapes the human body. A professional dancer herself and a student of one of Joseph Pilates’s protégés, she has developed an efficient workout method that fuses dance, yoga, and strength training. Each barre class is designed to lengthen and tone the entire body, improve posture and flexibility, and renew energy and a sense of well-being.
