About Freedom Martial Arts Academy

We offer a few choices for fitness. Body Sculpt on Tuesday mornings, Hatha Yoga on Friday mornings, and Dance Cardio on Monday nights. All are focused on cardio and sculpting. If you like dancing under disco lights, Dance Cardio is the class for you. Body Sculpt will be slower and target key areas for that class. And Hatha is for strength and stretching.
