- TRX BODY BLAST all core all the time! Suspension training that focuses on building total body strength and power. BOSU challenges your entire body to increase core stability, balance, coordination, and overall strength.
- EQUALIZER combines low intensity strength-based moves with a touch of cardio. GENTLE FLOW YOGA find refuge in our vinyasa flow. Dim the lights, put on your favorite meditative music to allow for deeper relaxation and internal focus.
- ROLL & RELEASE to improve your body’s mobility and flexibility, while releasing muscle tension for improved performance and recovery.
FLOW & FLEXIBILITY integrates slow movements, longer holds for an element of strength while also focusing on mobility & flexibility.
