We offer Group Fitness Classes, along with Personal Training and Nutrition. Here at FXS, we believe that all women should be HEALTHY, HAPPY & FIT - Stopping at nothing to ensure that our FXS Girls reach their healthiest potential!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We keep our clients motivated in their exercise routines by creating timed circuits/routines (allowing clients to move at their own pace). Instructors are certified/trained to provide alternative workouts for those in need. We provide encouragement words and a banging playlist for motivation!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration for opening stemmed from wanting to create an environment and safe haven for women to feel comfortable and confident in their weight loss & fitness journey. We also wanted to reach the masses with our expertise, to continue creating stunning before & afters and to change more lives!

What do you love most about your job? What we love most about our job and services is the reward. To see our FXS Girls smile with excitement after seeing results and reaching their goals!
