The Staff and the greeting starting from the Valet Parking to entering the lodge. Everyone was so personable and willing to be of any assistance.
This was my and my family's first stay at the lodge. It is a place where kids can be kids and No One is offended when a child is running, turning flips, or just laying in the middle of the floor anywhere. Its beautiful to see children making friends.

Great family friendly vacation. Worth every penny…it’s my first time and I’ve heard great things but now I can say that our experience has been great here, my only regret is I hadn’t come sooner with my family. The arcade team and pizza employees really stood out. The pizza team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and helped me make my transaction. The arcade team was speedy to resolve any issues we had with tickets or any questions we had. It’s my first time here but definitely not our last.

A nice location for a short stay Well after a short planned get seay to this kid friendly stay and a short ride to front gates of Disneyland we survived. This hotel has valet parking at 43 $ per night and. Self park for 36$ per night!! Both easily accessible . My recommendation go valet. Our quick get away on a few days noticed saved me the throw away of 8500 points for 4 night expensive but the alternative was too great burden. Disney hopper tickets were only available via AAA by phone and its a hassle arranging tickets snd park entry additional tickets to coincide together. We were able to celebrate both our same month bdays with a Disney bang in ours 70th year anniversary Disney style. The weather was cooperative rain free. Riding the ART bus shuttle was quick and easy at times an unpredictable wait but worth every dollar saved …. Dinners and take home shirts and pull over sweaters. Oh the hotel had inner windows blacked out and the family room for six had two comfortable queen beds and pull out sofa and mini fridge a chair and counter space with plenty of hangers unlike our stay at a hilton hawaii property earlier in 2025. Our booking floor was on the ground and it was desire-able.
No elevator required although there was 8 with one out of services . We did not explore the hotel although there was the basement floor elevator to a whole game center that opens into the water park indoors playground. Kids will have delight and they might never know Disney is just up the harbor blvd. Parents can let their kids roam and many kids of all ages run around in their pjs. For the most part noise on our first floor was quiet‼️. So go and enjoy.
Would i go sgain as a couple ? Oh when asked the front office says their construction included a new adult jacuzzi but i would verify that first and i would have second thoughts to redo it buts its very convenient for location and ART riding
