Enjoyed the family time we got to have, but was not able to enjoy the commercial ride due to height restrictions. They show it as a family ride, but you have to be tall to ride it.

Jolly!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTE STANDOUT COACH. ANDRES IS PURE GOLD!!
Andres is hands down one of the best high ropes coaches we have ever encountered! My daughter was scared two days ago, and Andres met her exactly where she was with patience, encouragement, calm confidence, and genuine care.
I yelled up at him, while standing underneath and said, “Hey, can you tell her your name and build a relationship with her? She’s a great student. She’ll listen to you.” And wow, he did exactly that and more. He connected with her, coached her, believed in her, and gently guided her past her fear.
I had to run all the way back up to our room at Great Wolf Lodge room to grab my closed toed shoes, and when I came back down, my daughter was already harnessed up, climbing, and confidently moving through the ropes. Not only that, she walked me through the course like the ROCKSTAR she is!!!
That is the kind of impact Andres has.
He is an incredible coach, a natural leader, and a true encourager. Great energy, great heart, great communication, and truly cares about the kids he works with. From Texas to Colorado, Andres is an absolute A plus human.
Thank you, Andres, for being such a powerful positive influence. You helped create a core memory for my daughter that she will carry forever. We are so grateful for you.

Great staff and atmosphere andres gonzales was very professional and super helpful! give this guy a raise! _ I am new to the springs and my bf and i decided to stay here! even though it’s 8 degrees outside, it was super warm there and we were even able to get a swim in! 10/10 would recommend
