Received the Dehumidifier well packaged. Unpacked it and plugged it in after removing all the packaging. Unit turned on and started working on high, turned it to low and let it run for about 3 hours, pulled the holding tray out and was surprised to find about .5 gallons of water. Emptied the water out and replaced it into the unit, checked a day later and there was close to a gallon of water, drained and returned, emptied more water. This unit has surpassed my expectations, I am so pleased. I am looking forward to getting the water out of the air of my basement!!
