Gillion Basketball Academy in Springfield, VA is a state of the art facility focused on teacing ball handling, shooting, scoring, footwork, driving to the basket and many more fundamental skills by trainers with over 20 years of Division 1, High School and National AAU experience. Our Gillion Foundations program is designed for 3rd - 6th graders who want to work on their fundamental basketball skills and learn to develop the basics in a fun and challenging environment. We apply the same fundamental skills training to your athlete to help them play at the next level.

Foundations classes are 45- 50 minutes twice a week with 1-2 coaches in small groups so that every athlete gets sufficient touches and reps with the basketball or in our drills.
