I have had a truly transformational experience with GoLite. I have lost 15 lbs and I am the in the best shape of my life. I feel motivated to continue on my fitness journey which felt like it had been stagnant for too long. I didn't know what I was getting into but the technicians at GoLite have the skill to look at you and know what you need. They make you feel welcome and secure. You have to trust the process but Cat does an excellent job at explaining all the different procedures that are right for you. She is erudite, ridiculously skilled in her craft, and has a gift of communication. If you are on the fence about this kind of stuff this is a great place to come to and all at a very reasonable price point

Excellent. I highly recommend this Groupon for people who are serious about losing a few inches. With that said, you have to trust the process. This will work if you properly dieting and exercising. Cat and Bernie know what they are doing, they are extremely experienced and will help you to your goal.
