Chinese Kung Fu, is a collective term for the martial arts that originated in China. The practice of Kung Fu not only develops a strong and healthy body, but it also strengthens the mind with high moral values, as its practice focuses on “Wu De”, or martial ethics. More recently, Kung Fu has developed into a global competitive sport and it is gaining popularity worldwide due to its unique and exciting content.

Shifu Han Mei comes from North East China. She trained in the art of Wushu, also known as Kung Fu, since age 6. She began professional training at the age of 12 when she was accepted into the Liaoning Province Professional Wushu team, China. And later at age 15, she joined the National Chinese Wushu Team. She competed on the regional and national levels winning many professional martial arts championships. Most notably, she won 1st place in the 10th annual National Games.

After graduating from Beijing Sports University as a certified coach, she returned to the Liaoning Province team, in Shenyang China, as Head Coach. She coached her team at various national and international competitions.

Over 12 years of comprehensive martial arts coaching experience training professional martial arts athletes to compete in international competitions.
