I had a amazing experience. Derek was my PT and he told me the exercises as per my strength and capabilities.I am glad this place is near my house. Looking forward to have leaner body

I drove from Tacoma to come here. I liked how small and intimate the facility was. I also liked the one on one attention. He put together a simple workout for me, and I start it tommorrow. Nate was very personable and positive. Had an upbeat attitude. He also allows me to message if I have questions. Definitely worth the money. Only 15 per hr is a steal for a trainer in Bellevue. Recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Nate as my personal trainer Good Time Fitness for three 60 minute training sessions. He proved highly knowledgeable regarding strength training and overall fitness. I learned a good amount in my sessions and received a thorough work out every time. Nate is energetic and motivational; I enjoyed my conversations with him, and appreciated his positive vibe!
Excellent experience!!! It is my first time to have one on one training. Nate was really helpful. He patiently went through all the physical needs with me before we started the training. He is a really knowledgeable trainer.

Sam has been great thus far, took us a bit to get a good feel of the rhythm that works best for us both. I like go go go and Sam’s knowledgeable so he likes to slow down and explain at times. Great attitude, solid understanding of the body.
Sam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the mechanics to build a strong foundation to build on.

Sam is a cheerful and supportive trainer. My mother is 60 years old. She wanted to get some training for being fit and disease free. Sam taught her few excercises with patience and encouragement.
