Other than the obvious fitness fanatics I would also highly recommended to anyone who may not be 'self-starters' or ones that feel like a gym membership is great in theory but once there struggle to figure out what exercises to do to give you that all-around workout. With Greco the only thing you need to do is show up with a willingness to work and they'll take care of the rest!!!
