The staff was great and accommodating. The Groupon voucher on the other hand was misleading. I purchased an Intro to Bouldering package for seven at $23 per person and paid $120 at a discounted price and got ripped off by Groupon. Even though I paid for seven people, I only received a voucher for one person from Groupon. My group was in a bind, and the representative named Drake still accommodated us. Now I am trying to figure out how to get the Groupon payment that I purchased from Groupon to Hangar 18. This was my first experience using Groupon and it will be my last if Groupon does not fix this .

Great value for the annual membership. The facilities are smaller and a bit older compared to other climbing gyms, but the membership is also a fraction of the price. Staff at all the Hanger 18 gyms I've visited are friendly and helpful. Very happy to be a part of this gym.
