About High Exposure

The trainers at High Exposure believe in two things: fitness and never, ever touching the floor. Inside their multi-extreme-sport facility, visitors of all ages are limited only by their sense of adventure: climbing, bouldering, jumping, hurdling, balancing, swinging, and dancing are all in play, often in the same visit. With its kaleidoscopic colors and pop-art-inspired routes, the studio's rock-climbing terrain sprawls over 14,000 square feet of top-rope courses and boulder problems. Elsewhere, a Ninja-Warrior course filled with warped walls, an unstable bridge, and a salmon ladder forces competitors to hone both athleticism and brute strength, while 2,000 square feet of dedicated parkour space teaches the finer points of vaulting over obstacles and careening off parked ice-cream trucks.
