The regimen combines bodyweight exercises with sequences that add a bit more intensity by incorporating resistance bands, medicine balls, and multiplication times tables. These exercises engage muscle groups throughout the entire body, helping improve strength, bolster endurance, and jump-start metabolisms over time. The exact sequences of exercises change constantly, ensuring that no workout ever feels routine while still allowing students to adjust the intensity of stations to meet their fitness level. Although the majority of the classes provide a total-body workout over the course of 30 minutes, some sessions specifically focus on toning the arms, core, or legs and glutes.
