Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
No, I don't, because there is a big difference between pain and challenge. We don't entertain pain—we embrace a challenge. Calling a challenge pain automatically deters or limits motivation to perform.

What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
It's a very intense life-changing mental and physical experience. Every day is an opportunity to grow spiritually and physically with no limits.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I'm a military veteran and I travel to international health and fitness conventions to give presentations about mental and physical transformations. I practice what I preach and lead by example.
