Even the most hardened mountain folk need hearty food and even heartier drinks to stay warm and nourished. Luckily, the staff Idlewild Spirits provides plenty of just that.

The chefs prepare seasonal menus to satisfy hungry stomachs. Bar snacks range from elotes and truffle fries to smoked and double-fried buffalo wings. For a heartier meal, hangar steaks and confit spare ribs provide an elegant meal. But a good meal isn't complete without a good drink. Pulling bottles straight from the distillery, the bartenders serve up handcrafted cocktails including their "Poison Ivy," a dangerous blend of their rum and bourbon mixed with bitters and lemongrass syrup.
