The gym was large and clean, which I greatly appreciated. The structure of the boot camp was well thought out and easy to follow although it may seems intimidating for beginners as modifications were not offered, at least for the first half of the class. The instructor did a nice job and she provided feedback through the boot camp session. This was a great experience and was fun...I will be back

I really liked my assessment, Josh was kind&listened to my goals, helped me figure out where my weaknesses are coming from. I have my next appointments scheduled through the month, most likely going to continue personal training passed these four sessions!

Professional, clean and friendly. Had my first assessment with Josh. Wow, am I out of shape! But I don’t feel intimidated or concerned. Got a good gut feeling about the place. Pretty silly if you don’t at least give it a try at the Groupon rate!

Exercises commonly used in a functional-fitness regimen mimic such everyday movements: squatting to pick up a heavy object, lunging forward toward an out-of-reach ledge, balancing on an unstable chair as the shelf collapses.

Whereas a traditional curl targets the biceps by way of elbow movement, a functional exercise might incorporate the shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and ankles, which trains the upper and lower body to work in unison with the aid of a tightened core. This integration allows the muscles to grow at a similar rate, gaining strength in a way that complements the way a person lives rather than the way they simply work out.
