What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our studio is a judgement free zone full of support and friends. We work with you on your personal fitness journey and want nothing but the best for you. We keep our classes small so you get the one on one attention you deserve.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We want to make fitness fun again! We work with each of our students to find that niche that fits their fitness routine. We don’t push you to move on if you aren’t ready and pride ourselves in reading each body type to ensure that you get the fitness routine you want.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Pole Fitness is a great sport. We dream that one day this sport will make it the Olympics. As our owner says, “If a gymnast can do this on a horizontal beam, what’s there to say a poler can’t make it who can do the same thing on a vertical beam?”

What do you love most about your job?
At Indy Pole Dance and Fitness, we are not only friends, we are family! The family atmosphere at IPDF keeps us motivated to come to work every single day. We love the excitement we get to see on each of our students’ faces as they conquer a new move. This job is fulfilling in more ways than one!
