About Infinite Fighting Concepts

A virtual United Nations of self-defense, Infinite Fighting Concepts teaches Brazilian jujitsu, muay thai kickboxing, Israeli krav maga, Japanese judo, and good old American boxing, kickboxing, and MMA all under one roof. Mats abound in the 6,000-square-foot facility, transforming more than two-thirds of the space into a fighting arena complete with boxing rings and mixed-martial-arts cage panels. A fully equipped weight room consumes the rest of the space, with an arsenal of speed bags, climbing ropes, and weightlifting equipment. Group classes led by the center’s accredited instructors teach various fighting techniques to wannabe Jean-Claude Van Dammes before setting them loose to safely spar with one another. For those just looking to break a sweat, Infinite Fighting Concepts offers boot-camp classes amped up with striking drills. Kids aged 6 or older can bolster their health and self-esteem during jujitsu classes for their age group, take on boxing lessons at age 10, or head to the onsite playroom to unwind with a movie, video game, and the latest edition of Forbes.

Attended the Fitness Boot Camp. Fairly hard workout if you are a beginner. Excellent short and quick workout. I felt pretty good a few hours after the session. The instructors and students there are very friendly.
