What began as a tiny fitness studio with only one room has grown into a bustling community of fitness-minded individuals on all legs of the exercise journey. The encouraging community is a great place to get active in a variety of ways—such as with their wide range of group classes. Surrounded by friends both new and old, exercisers can step to the beat in one of the sweat-inducing cardio classes or target a specific muscle in a toning boot camp. And, with classes at times ranging from early morning to evening, almost everyone can get in on the action.
