IE Barbell offers a uniquely competitive training environment along with coaches who boast decades of training experience. Whether your interest is in Powerlifting, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, or just general fitness, our hands-on programming is scalable for all experience levels.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
IE Barbell is a community-centered gym, with a supportive and knowledgeable membership base. The team environment keeps gym members coming back and pushing farther than they thought they could go.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Inland Empire had no shortage of corporate globo-gyms and Crossfit boxes, but offered no options for those looking to train for and compete in strength oriented competitions. We established ourselves as the first legitimate barbell club in the Inland Empire in 2014.

What do you love most about your job?
Every day I get the privilege of working with hard working, self motivated trainees in a supportive environment. Watching trainees and athletes overcome their self doubts and push their boundaries is extremely rewarding.
