What was the inspiration to start or run this business?  With so many gyms out there I wanted to create something more comfortable for the mature women, where they can feel comfortable at any age or fitness level. A forum for good conversation on health and dealing with the changes in our bodies as we age. You will feel right at home here.

What do you love most about your job?  My clients!!! My oldest client is 83 yrs young !!!! and my youngest is 14yrs old. I love when someone comes in with great news after a physical, whether they lowered their cholesterol , blood pressure or weight. I am blessed to be able to do something that I love.
