I would definitely recommend... The trainer Chris was fantastic, Cat the instructor in west boca was amazing! it was a very fun, energetic full workout. We had a group of 4 with different exercise levels and we all did the class; will be back again to try the array of other classes offered. Thank you for creating a very welcoming first visit.

    Classes are 60-minute, drop-in INSANITY or P90X sessions with a certified trainer. INSANITY workouts are characterized by long periods of high-intensity workouts in both aerobic and anaerobic intervals, followed by short periods of rest.

    The one-month unlimited option includes one complimentary outdoor class per week, a before-and-after photo shoot, a three-phase nutritional program, and access to a private Facebook group where clients can post questions and get motivation.
