Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By understanding their own personal goals and making sure we check-in on their progression on a weekly basis, min. Quitting is NOT an option.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
C.T. Fletcher , 6X World Champion, coined the phrase "Iron Addict," after having open heart surgery and being told he could never lift weights again,motivated him to get back into the gym & prove to all these "professionals," that there is no such thing as impossible. It's still yo set!

What do you love most about your job?
Motivation people to see their true potential, that no matter how grave your situation maybe, it's still your set! Set, meaning , your life!
