Depending on what option you choose we'll do our best to make the most out of your hour.
One training session and we will provide you with a well balanced work out, teach/coach a strength skill, and help you improve your flexibility/mobility.
Two Personal Training Sessions: Pick a Kettlebell or barbell skill and we'll teach it and coach it over the course of those 2 training sessions. We'll also teach you our amazing warm-up and cool down that is certain to improve how you move and help you feel your best.
Weekly Training for a Month: Come in for a training session each week and we'll begin teaching and training you to be you're strongest healthiest self.

About Iron Monkey Strength
Starting in a garage I Long Island, Iron Monkey Strength has always been about bringing elite level training to the community at sustainable prices. We opened our first gym in Franklin Square 6 weeks before the Pandemic which forced owner Jason to shut his doors for more than 6 months. It didn't stop us in our mission though. We opened back in September of 2020 and haven't taken a step back since. Now after more than 50 people have experienced our Rite of Passage Program we have built a supportive community that values strength and wellness. br
