The kids' summer camp runs July 2–20, during which instructors lead youths aged 6 to 15 in a constantly changing lineup of mixed martial arts and athletics, bolstering their self-confidence, self-discipline, and strength. Jab Fitness's kids’ coach and a rotating cast of professional athletes—including a boxer, mixed-martial-arts fighters, and Broncos player David Diaz—lead the high-energy classes. Throughout the program, kids will take field trips to the Phoenix Zoo, a water park, and an indoor bounce park. The sessions are held 9 a.m.–noon, Monday–Friday.
