Boxing-inspired workouts designed specifically for women help improve strength and fitness, teach self-defense skills, and tone muscles
- Circuit classes may include total body workout with bag work, cardio, core strengthening, balance, and agility, or may be concentrated on a specific body area, like legs and glutes, or abs and core. All sessions help improve strength, flexibility, stamina, and self-discipline.
- MMA training gloves are required to workout at Jabz. If you do not have your own, you can bring your own or purchase at the studio for $39 in leather, pink or black. You can also borrow a pair of gloves from the studio at no cost.

About Jabz Boxing
Jabz Boxing: Fitness for Women is a 55-minute circuit workout that combines boxing exercises with cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and numerous other boxing training exercises that are tailored for women of all ages. Our workouts change constantly to ensure there will be new challenges. Every Jabz class will be run by one of our Certified Jabz Trainers to guide you on proper form. Whether your level of fitness is beginner or advanced, Jabz trainers will push you to your own personal limits and help you obtain your fitness goals.
